Lake Arrowhead Lodge
This property had 500 square feet of unfinished downstairs, that was slowly transformed into a modern/industrial loft-style space. After adding two bedrooms and a bath, the home almost doubled in value from it's original purchase price. Full gallery coming soon! Silver Park Arts Space
The Silver Park Arts building was built as a library in 1922, then used as a Ukrainian church for over 40 years, and now reborn as a multi-use arts space containing a small theatre. The space was used for numerous performances, classes, workshops and exhibitions in 2019 and 2020, before going on hiatus due to COVID-19. Mar Vista Craftsman
Work in progress! Our biggest project to date. This $200k+ remodel has seen a bland 2-story white-picket-fence wash-out transform into a spectacular craftsman style home. A combination of farmhouse and industrial styles with an eye for drama and color, this space is truly coming to life. Low ceilings and 1980's recessed lighting were ripped out and rebuilt into open-beam ceilings with high transom windows, skylights, and chandeliers. The house will soon be available on vacation rental sites. A truly unique and inspiring retreat. Gallery coming soon!
